Charles Clement of Alaska
Charles Clement possesses nearly 20 years of experience in health care operations. As the president and CEO of SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC), he currently oversees and develops strategy to increase revenue, maximize performance efficiency, and deliver optimal health care resources to the communities of southeast Alaska. Additionally, Charles Clement holds meetings with the organization’s board of directors to further establish strategic goals and production objectives.
Prior to joining SEARHC, Charles Clement served as vice president and chief operating officer of Southcentral Foundation, located in Anchorage. In that capacity, he collaborated with senior leadership and guided the $200 million business to reach corporate goals. He led the efforts develop and operate many newly constructed facilities and programs.
In his leisure time, Mr. Clement enjoys fishing, hunting, and mountain climbing. He is also an avid cyclist and runner.
